Meet Natural State’s Customer Service Representative, Meg! Born and raised in Joplin, Missouri, Meg joined the Natural State team in 2016. As CSR, she manages the scheduling between our customers and technicians, handles customer payments, and assists with customer inquiries and emails while providing exceptional customer service. Meg’s favorite part about working at Natural State is that it is a family-owned business that emphasizes taking care of our customers.

Outside of the office, Meg enjoys traveling and spending time exploring nature with her husband and kids. She also enjoys reading a good book, baking for family and friends, and taking care of others.
