We have the house treated for spiders, and if there are any issues or spiders reappearing, Natural State comes out without charge. The technician set his mole traps for active tunnels. After a week and two inspections none were caught, so the technician adjusted the locations of the traps. On the third inspection he had caught 2 moles and adjusted traps to see if any more would show up. Good job on tough work the homeowner can't successfully do for himself.
