Michael Carter has worked for Natural State since 2016. His favorite thing about his job is getting to help people and the community by solving problems that affect their homes, and building a team that takes pride in doing the job right. He enjoys watching the technicians grow, get better in the field, and take ownership of their work. When he's not managing the pest control part of Natural State, he enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, and getting out for hikes with his dog, and spending time with his family.
