THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!! When you call, ask for Shane Williams, Best Service, Best Price! Everyone in NWA charges $1500+ for heat alone, or $700+ for Chemical alone, but they only charge $1200 for HEAT & CHEMICAL! They did a whole 2nd heat and chemical treatment for free because they felt like it needed a second treatment, NO EXTRA CHARGE! Plus, THEY PAID for the Hotel and Camp Bow Wow for our dog for the extra night. What other company have you ever heard of doing that?

From the 1st moment I called Natural State the customer service was very impressive. Dealing with bed bugs is something that no one ever wants to go through but they made me feel so much better and that everything would be ok. Shane is the most personable and professional man. He walked me through my entire home and told me what we needed to do and what to expect. They completed the service the very next morning! Not only was the walkthrough/quote late at night but he still showed up at 7am the next day to start. I couldn't be more pleased with Natural State and Shane especially!
